Voicemail and Missed Call Notifications are an important part of your business. While traditionally these notifications have been sent to your chosen Email Address(es), did you know you can receive Notifications by Text to your cell phone?
- You may receive Notifications to up to 5 total Email Addresses and/or Texting Numbers.
How Do I Send Notifications to My Cell Phone?
- To change or view your Profile Settings, choose your Extension Name in the top right-hand corner of your Portal. A drop-down of options will appear. Choose Profile.
- You must be in your Extension View to adjust your Profile. If you are in your Manager View, click your Profile Name (extension name). then choose My Account to toggle to your Extension view so that you may access your Profile.
- Your Profile menu will appear. Scroll down to Email Addresses.
- Click the Add another email address plus icon to add an additional Notification method. See below for the correct format to send a Notification by text.
- Once you have made your selections, choose Save.

Example: If you have an
AT&T phone and your
number is (555) 555-5555, you would enter
5555555555@txt.att.net as your method.
