Using Text Responder AI





Enhance Your Customer Service with Clarity’s Text Responder AI


Text Responder AI transforms customer communication by providing a self-service option to callers and allowing you to deliver automated text messages from your business phone.
  1. Your text can direct them to place an order, schedule an appointment, receive information, or whatever else you need. 

  2. You can even offer your customers the option to text instead of leaving a Voicemail.  



How Does Text Responder AI Work?

  1. Callers are presented with an option to press a number to receive a text message.

  2. Text messages to customers come from your business phone number for efficient and professional communication.   

  3. If you wish to answer the text, you can text the caller from Portal or the Mobile App.   



How Do I Use Text Responder AI?

Once we have your registered texting number and you have added Text Responder AI, you will: 
  1. Decide what text option you would like to offer and the Greeting menu you would like to play. 
    1. Example:  "If you would prefer to text us, press 2 to receive a text. "

  2. Forward us the Text that you would like us to send when this option is chosen and the Greeting update.   

  3. We will add the Text to your menu of options and update the Greeting to offer this option to your callers.

How Do I Get Text Responder AI?

Clarity customers can add the Text Responder AI feature to their cloud phone service for a small monthly fee.

You will need a registered business texting number (SMS).  If you already have a registered texting number, contact us!  We'll look at your needs and help you set up this feature.  
  1. Contact your Account Manager at 800-786-6160.  If you prefer to contact us through email, click here for additional options:  Contact Your AE.

Don't have a registered texting number yet?  No problem, take the first step by registering your texting number.   Contact Support at 1-800-676-3995.   Prefer to open a Request?  Click here to open a Ticket Request.
