  1. When the Mobile App is used to call outbound, your customer will see your business Caller ID, increasing the likelihood that they will answer the call. 

  2. The Mobile App also eliminates the need to share your personal cell phone number with your customers.

  3. You may Text, Transfer, and Conference calls, right from the App.

  4. Inbound return calls from your customer will dial back to your Office, allowing you to direct calls to the right person, every time.


Our Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android phones and can be configured to run off your data or cellular connection for outbound calls.



How Do I Get the Mobile App?

1. Download the Clarity Office Anywhere Mobile App from your Google Play or Apple App Store.

 

2. Use your Portal Extension's login credentials to login to the Mobile App. No need for a new password.

3. That’s it!
