At Clarity Voice we understand that as new employees come on board, they may want or require training. Our Customer Training is at no cost to you and can be scheduled for one or more employees in a single session.
- We can perform basic training that includes: how to transfer/hold/make calls, how to add a Voicemail Greeting to your Extension, and other related actions.
- We can also give specialized training for Admin permission levels that includes: available Reports and Analytics, adding Agents to Call Queues, and other similar management actions.
