AI Call Summary and Transcription
The AI Call Summary and Transcription feature provides automatic, intelligent summaries and full-text transcriptions of your calls.
Available at no additional cost to all customers on the Essentials, PizzaPhones, or DealerPhones plans, this tool is accessible directly from the Call History tab, streamlining post-call reviews without requiring any setup or additional training.

How Do I Use AI Call Summary and Transcription?
Using this feature is easy and intuitive!
- In Portal, access Call History.

- Each Call that has a current, accessible Call Recording has the ability to use this feature. Highlight the call, then click on the AI Transcript and Summary icon.

- Our system will live pull and analyze the Recording. You will see an "Analyzing" Message while the transcription and summary are created for you.

- If the call does not have a Recording to analyze, you will see a "No Recording to Analyze" message to alert you. This includes if the Call Recording is no longer available because it is outside of your set Call Recording Retention, and if the Call itself has no Call Recording, such as hangups and abandoned calls.

- Your AI Transcription and Summary will appear in a new Window for you. The window will include:

- Call Details including Time/Number/Extension and the ability to Download the Transcript and/or Recording.
- The Call Recording itself, conveniently accessible from this window.
- The Time-Stamped Transcript. If you would like to use the time stamps to skip to this portion of the recording, simply pause the recording playback, then click the time stamp.
- Speaker Separation to make Transcript reading easy.
- The AI Call Summary. This will be a summary of the events that occurred on the call.
- When you are finished, simply close the Window. And that's it!
How Do I Get AI Call Summary and Transcription for My Domain?
Accounts on the Business Essentials, PizzaPhones, or DealerPhones plans now have this feature enabled. Just choose your Recording and go!
- AI Call Transcript and Summary is accessible directly through your Clarity Portal.
*NOTE: This feature is available on the Limited Plan, if the Call Recording add-on has also been added.
