Adding and Removing Phone Numbers

Need to make a change to your phone numbers? If you need to make changes to your phone numbers, just contact Support and we'll help you get the process started.

If you need to remove or port out a phone number, just contact Support and we'll help you get the process started. Our Support Team is available Monday-Friday 8am-9pm EST at 1-800-676-3995. If you prefer, you may send an online request instead. Just click here to open a Ticket Request.
Support will just need the following information: your domain information, Phone Number, and the reason for change. For example, if you are porting the number and need to replace it with a "back door" number, just let us know so that we can take care of both requests in the same ticket for you.
