Adding and Removing Phone Numbers
Need to make a change to your phone numbers? If you need to make changes to your phone numbers, just contact Support and we'll help you get the process started.
- If you need to remove or port out a phone number, just contact Support and we'll help you get the process started. Our Support Team is available Monday-Friday 8am-9pm EST at 1-800-676-3995. If you prefer, you may send an online request instead. Just click here to open a Ticket Request.
- Support will just need the following information: your domain information, Phone Number, and the reason for change. For example, if you are porting the number and need to replace it with a "back door" number, just let us know so that we can take care of both requests in the same ticket for you.
- If you are adding or porting in an additional number, just contact your Account Executive. You can call us at 1-800-786-6160 or send your request online at Online AE Request.
