Texting (SMS/MMS)

If your extension has been assigned a registered texting number, you can text from Portal, Web Phone, or your Mobile App.   Texting is also available for Users who have Clarity Cellular.
  1. You may both send text messages (SMS) and send pictures (MMS).  

  2. You can also call the Contact from the texting window.


How Do I Add Texting for My Domain?

We are able to add Texting to the phone numbers in your Inventory.

  2. Once your texting number is registered, we are able to enable texting on the number and assign it to a User/Extension.

Texting options are available in the Business Essentials plan and above.
