  3. If you wish to answer the text, you can text with the caller from Portal or the Mobile App.

How Do I Get Text Responder AI?

Clarity customers can add the Text Responder AI feature to their cloud phone service for a small monthly fee.

You will need a registered business texting number (SMS).  If you already have a registered texting number, contact us!  We'll look at your needs and help you set up this feature.
