How to Set Up the SmartWare Two-Way Texting Option
SmartWare Two-Way Texting Option
Clarity has collaborated with the developers of SmartWare, to implement two-way texting functionality into both SmartWare and the Clarity Voice phone system. This feature allows you to:
- View instant communication in real-time
- Send personalized appointment reminders and confirmations sent directly to your customer, including a photo of their scheduled technician
- Streamline communication with pre-defined message templates for common inquiries or responses
How Do I Set Up My Two-Way Texting?
Once you have added this feature, we will send your credentials and instructions to you via encrypted Email. You will then walk through a simple setup to connect your Extension.
