Zip Code Routing is a way to give your callers the choice to route to the proper Location by entering in a zip code.

How Does It Work?
Zip Code Routing is easy to set up, and maintenance is a easy and straightforward. Prior to activation, you will provide a list of Zip Codes and where you would like them to route.
You will also provide a default destination that can be used if the caller does enter a Zip Code that is not specifically routed.
- Once Zip Code Routing is configured for your domain, your customers will call in as normal.
- If you already have an Auto Attendant greeting, this will still play.
- The caller will then receive a prompt to enter their Zip Code.
- This prompt can be our pre-recorded version, or your own custom recording.
- Once entered, our system will route the call based on the Zip Code.
- If there is no match for the Zip Code, the call will route to the default destination that you provided.
