ATA Fax Adapter
You can now have the convenience of using your fax machine, along with Clarity’s IP fax service.
- Receive Faxes through your own Fax Machine.
- Need a Hybrid solution? We can set up your account to receive Faxes through your Fax Machine and also send a copy to your email.
How Does It Work?
- An ATA Fax Adapter will be installed.
- Once installed, you will send and receive your faxes as you normally would, through your own fax machine.
- You will receive a transmission report from the Clarity Fax server on your fax machine.
How Do I Add Fax Service to My Account?

What About the Portal Fax Option?
Portal Faxing allows you to use your Fax service and to also send and/or receive Faxes in Portal. There is no additional charge to your existing Fax service to add the Portal Fax option.
