Domain vs. Account

At Clarity, we have the ability to separate your Users and Routing from your actual billing Account.  
  1. Your Domain is where all of your Users/Extensions, Phone Numbers, Phone Hardware, and Routing is stored.   You may have more than one physical location in your Domain and keep each location separately billed. 

  2. If you are a Franchisor (Zor), you may have a "Franchisor Dashboard", which will have the phone numbers, Call History, and Analytics for each Franchisee (Zee) under you. 

  3. Each "Account" contains just the billing for the location.
