Clarity Video Anywhere
Video Chat and Meeting Options
Our Clarity Video Anywhere app allows you to Video Chat and attend Meetings right from your Portal. Clarity Video Anywhere is a free feature in your included monthly plan.
- Meetings and Webinars can be created and launched from Clarity Video Anywhere.
- Up to 25 participants can attend a Video Meeting. Up to 100 participants can attend a Video Webinar. Up to 1000 participants can attend an audio-only Webinar.
- Participants can join a Clarity Video Anywhere Meeting from the web or mobile devices. Participants do not need to be a User/Extension in your domain.
- You may also use Clarity Video Anywhere to create a permanent Meeting Room link that can be used at any time.
- Clarity Video Anywhere includes the ability to: share your screen, chat, enlarge the current speaker, change layout, and record sessions.
How Do I Access Clarity Video Anywhere?
- In Portal, click Apps. You can be in either your Manager or Extension view when accessing Clarity Video Anywhere. Choose Clarity Video Anywhere from the drop-down menu.
- To join a meeting, just click the Meeting link for that meeting from your device. Meetings do include the option to "call in" by using the dial in number.
