Caller ID Name (CNAM) is the name that is pushed along with your Caller ID when you make an Outbound Call.
- As long as the receiving party has Inbound CNAM as part of their phone plan, they will be able to view both the Caller ID and also the CNAM label that is pushed when you call them.
- Not every carrier has Inbound CNAM included at no cost in their standard phone plans.
