The Call Center feature is a comprehensive suite that includes options such as Queue Callback, an Agent Dashboard with login/logout functionality, and a Call Center Live Dashboard.  


It also provides a Interactive Reporting, and an Emailed Reports option. 


There are five built-in reports for Call Center: 
  1. Queue Stats 
  1. Agent Stats 
  1. Agent Availability 
  1. Dialed Number Stats 
  1. Abandoned Calls
