A professional voice on your phone system, can make the difference between a customer leaving a message…and just leaving. There are four ways you can use a professional announcer to improve your customer’s experience:
- Greetings – nothing makes a good first impression, like an impressive professional voice answering your customers’ calls.
- On-Hold Messages – There is no better time to offer your customers information or promotional messages than when they are On-Hold or waiting to be transferred.
- Voice Prompts – Press 1 if you want more professional-sounding voice prompts.
- Announcements – Why give out your address and hours again and again, when you can just record them as part of your phone management system?
Setting up a professional voice on your PizzaPhone or Restaurant system is as easy as 1, 2, 3
- Submit your request to Request Form. In the subject line, choose one of three options:
- Professional Message Creation: Company Name | Store Number or Clarity ID Number
- Professional Message Change: Company Name | Store Number or Clarity ID Number
- Professional Message Upload: Company Name | Store Number or Clarity ID Number
- Review our tips and choose messages from the samples provided here or write your own. Be as specific as possible as to days of the week, or specific dates and times you want your messages to run.
- And finally, for locator and closed messages, please be sure to provide your specific location information to fill in the blanks.

Sit back and relax. Once you’re satisfied with your scripts, we’ll do the rest. Clarity’s ticketing system will assign a ticket number, and we’ll have your message or messages recorded using a professional voice talent. We will then update you when your message(s) is available.
