Setting up a professional voice on your PizzaPhone or Restaurant system is as easy as 1, 2, 3

1. Submit your request to Request Form. In the subject line choose one of three options:
   1. Professional Message Creation: Company Name | Store Number or Clarity ID Number
   2. Professional Message Change: Company Name | Store Number or Clarity ID Number
   3. Professional Message Upload: Company Name | Store Number or Clarity ID Number 
2. Review our tips and choose messages from the samples provided here (i.e. run up front message #5 Wednesday from open to close) or write your own. Be as specific as possible as to days of the week, or specific dates and times you want your messages to run. 3. Sit back and relax. Once you’re satisfied with your scripts, we’ll do the rest. Clarity’s ticketing system will assign a ticket number and we’ll have your message or messages recorded using a professional voice talent then update you when your message(s) is available.
