Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor Authentication protects your account and business from outside hacks and automated login attempts.  And it's easy!
  1. Just follow the steps below to turn on Multi-Factor Authentication for your Portal account.



Turning on Multi-Factor Authentication

  1. Login to your Portal account as normal. 


  2. Once you are logged in, simply click your Profile Name in the top right of your Portal. If you are not already on My Account, choose My Account

    1. Then choose Profile.


  3. Scroll down and choose Multi-Factor Authentication.  This method uses the Google Authenticator app.

    1. Then, scan the QR Code that appears with your Google Authenticator app.  

    2. Enter the passcode that is provided in your Authenticator.  Then Save.  
      Note: You may need to re-enter your Current Password before saving.  If your Voicemail PIN is not yet 6 digits, update your Voicemail PIN to the new security before saving.
