About Missed Call Text Back


  1. Missed Call Text Back sends your selected text Message to your Caller and notifies you that the Missed Call has occurred. 

  2. Missed Calls include:  Calls that end in Voicemail, Calls that hang up during Voicemail or Auto Attendant Menu Greeting Playback, and even Calls that hang up while in a Call Queue.

  3. Your Return Text's Location, Branding, and Message are entirely controlled by you, and can be easily changed at any time.

  4. All Return Texts include Time of Day options, and custom Notifications for your employees.

  5. All Texting Conversations create "Ticket" Conversation records.   We can also customize a "Missed Call" View for easy tracking and assignment to your staff. 

  6. Missed Call Texts remain in compliance with TCR, allowing your Caller the choice to opt out of "automatic" return Texts while remaining opted in to normal Texting.



Missed Call Text Back in Action

    1. Your customer calls in to any of your Clarity Voice phone numbers.  If they do not connect with a live agent, a return Text is sent from EngageCX to your Caller. 


    2. A conversation Ticket Record is created in EngageCX.  With Shared Texting, any of your Employees assigned to Texting can respond to your Caller.
       

    3. Responses, Internal Notes, and even Assignments are all recorded and part of your Conversation Transcript History.  Once the Conversation is completed, simply click Resolve to keep Conversations easily searchable.  


Need tracking for these Missed Calls?  Simply use your Reports and Filter by your Missed Call Text Queue for easy-to-understand Stats!
